1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers.
• Transaction data: coin purchases, bet history, wallet ledger entries, and redemption requests (including payout details you provide).
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and cookies or similar technologies used for security and sessions.
• User-submitted content: character names, images, descriptions, and matchup or battle requests.
• Communications: messages you send to support or via manual-mode contact channels.

2. How we use your information

• Operate, secure, and improve the Platform;
• Process coin purchases and prize redemptions;
• Verify eligibility and prevent fraud or abuse;
• Send transactional communications (account confirmation, redemption status, security notices);
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting where applicable;
• Analyze usage to improve features and reliability.

3. Sweepstakes data

We collect information needed to administer sweepstakes and promotional entries, including AMOE and referral program participation. Winner or redemption information may be used for required legal disclosures, tax reporting, and fraud prevention. Referral codes and referral-use records are stored to award promotional coins.

4. Data sharing

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Platform:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (supabase.com/privacy).
• Anthropic — AI-generated battle narratives and character profiles (anthropic.com/privacy).
• PayPal — prize redemption payouts where offered (paypal.com/privacy).

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Transaction and redemption records may be retained for up to seven (7) years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance. You may request account deletion by contacting us; some data may be retained where required by law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication (including Supabase session management). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for cross-site marketing. You may disable cookies in your browser, but the Platform may not function correctly without them.

7. Children's privacy (COPPA)

The Platform is strictly 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately at privacy@superultrashowdown.com.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data;
• Request correction of inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your account and associated data;
• For California residents: additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale — we do not sell personal information.

9. Tax information

For redemptions of $2,000 or more in a calendar year, we may collect your Social Security Number or EIN as required by IRS regulations. This information is used solely for tax reporting and is handled with administrative and technical safeguards.

10. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS in transit, hashed passwords (we do not store plain-text passwords), and restricted database access. No system is 100% secure; you use the Platform at your own risk.
