1. Fictional entertainment

Super Ultra Showdown is a fictional entertainment platform. All characters, battles, narratives, outcomes, rankings, and related content are entirely fictional and are provided for amusement and creative expression only. Nothing on this site depicts, endorses, or encourages real-world violence or harm.

2. No affiliation

This site and its operators are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any intellectual property holder, studio, publisher, brand, or real person. Any resemblance to existing works or persons is coincidental or transformative fan expression where permitted; no ownership of third-party IP is claimed.

3. Sweepstakes rules (summary)

No purchase necessary. A free method of entry is available where applicable (see in-product disclosures and promotions).
Eligibility: open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Void where prohibited.
Odds, prize descriptions, entry periods, and official rules for any specific promotion will be posted with that promotion. In case of conflict, the official rules for that promotion control.

4. Virtual currency

In-game currencies (including “Gold Coins” or similar) are virtual and have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be transferred except as expressly allowed within the product. Sweepstakes-style coins (e.g. “Sweep Coins”) may be subject to separate promotional rules and, where offered, may be redeemable or usable only as described in those rules and in-product disclosures. Nothing on this site constitutes gambling with real money where prohibited.

5. User content

By submitting characters, images, text, or other materials, you represent that you have the rights and authority to submit that content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content subject to the license needed to operate the service (hosting, display, processing).

6. Moderation

We may refuse, remove, or restrict any content or account at our discretion—for example, for legal risk, abuse, infringement claims, or operational needs—without prior notice where allowed by law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Super Ultra Showdown and their affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
