1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Super Ultra Showdown(the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. The Platform operates under applicable sweepstakes law. In jurisdictions including Washington State and Michiganwhere traditional gambling is restricted, the Platform is available solely as a promotional sweepstakes under the no-purchase-necessary model, in compliance with applicable sweepstakes and promotional contest laws. Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all local, state, and federal laws. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

2. Description of the platform

Super Ultra Showdown is a fictional entertainment and sweepstakes platform. Battles, narratives, outcomes, and rankings are entirely fictional and for amusement only. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any intellectual property holder, studio, brand, or real person. The Platform is intended to operate under applicable U.S. sweepstakes and promotional laws, not as real-money gambling where prohibited.

3. Virtual currency system

• Gold Coins (GC): purchased virtual currency with no cash value, not redeemable for prizes, used for entertainment betting only.
• Sweep Coins (SC): promotional currency awarded through free methods (including AMOE and promotions) or as a bonus with eligible Gold Coin purchases. SC may be redeemable for prizes as described in these Terms and in-product disclosures.
• Users cannot directly purchase Sweep Coins.
• Virtual currency generally has no cash value except SC redemption rights as described. Unused coins do not expire under normal use but may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations or if Sweep Coins become dormant as described below.
• Dormant / abandoned Sweep Coin balances: Sweep Coins are a promotional virtual currency with no expiration under normal use. However, if a Sweep Coin balance remains inactive — meaning the coins have not been wagered, cashed out, or otherwise used — for a continuous period of sixty (60) days, Super Ultra Showdownreserves the right to revoke the inactive balance. We may, but are not obligated to, notify the account holder before revocation. Maintaining account activity preserves your balance. This policy exists to keep the platform's coin economy solvent and is applied at the platform's discretion.

5. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a legal resident of the United States.
• Void in Washington State, Michigan, and where otherwise prohibited by law.
• Employees of Super Ultra Showdown and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• One account per person; duplicate accounts may be terminated.

6. Coin purchases

Gold Coin packages are sold for entertainment. Each pack includes Gold Coins (GC) for betting and a promotional bonus of Sweep Coins (SC). Gold Coins are awarded at 1.5× the Sweep Coin bonus for every pack. Sweep Coins are not sold directly. Current packages:

• Baby Pack — $4.99 — 7,500 GC + 5,000 SC
• Contender Pack — $9.99 — 15,000 GC + 10,000 SC
• Champion Pack — $24.99 — 37,500 GC + 25,000 SC
• Serious Pack — $49.99 — 75,000 GC + 50,000 SC

Purchases are processed manually. To buy a pack, text 213-421-6049 with your account email and the pack you want. Coins are typically added within 24 hours. All purchases are final except where refunds are required by law. By purchasing you confirm you are 18+ and authorized to pay the agreed amount. Fraudulent or disputed payments may result in immediate account termination.

7. Betting and match participation

• All bets use virtual currency (GC or SC).
• Bets are final once confirmed, except increases allowed during the betting phase as described in-product.
• The Platform retains a 15% fee from the losing pot on each completed match.
• Payouts use a parimutuel system; final payout depends on the pool at close of betting.
• Results are determined by administrators based on AI-generated narratives or admin-written outcomes. Platform decisions are final.
• Matches may be cancelled at admin discretion; confirmed bets are refunded on cancellation.

8. Sweep Coin redemptions

• Minimum: 5,000 SC ($5.00 USD).
• Maximum per request: 500,000 SC ($500.00 USD).
• Rate: 1,000 SC = $1.00 USD.
• Redemptions are processed within 24–48 hours of approval.
• Identity verification may be required. We may request proof of identity, age, and eligibility before processing any redemption.
• Redemptions may be denied for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• WAGERING REQUIREMENT: Before any Sweep Coins may be redeemed for prizes, a participant must have placed a minimum of five (5) qualifying bets on the Platform. This wagering requirement applies to all participants regardless of how Sweep Coins were obtained (whether through promotional bonuses, referrals, alternative methods of entry, or as a bonus alongside Gold Coin purchases). This requirement exists to ensure genuine participation and to prevent abuse of promotional currency. Sweep Coins obtained through any free or promotional method are subject to this same wagering requirement before becoming eligible for redemption.
• Redemptions are currently processed manually. To request a redemption once you have met the wagering requirement, contact us at the number provided on the redemption page. Allow 24-48 hours for manual processing.

9. Tax obligations

You are solely responsible for taxes on prizes received. Prize winnings may be taxable income under U.S. federal and state law. For redemptions of $2,000 or more in a calendar year, we may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC and request your Social Security Number or EIN before processing. The Platform is not responsible for your tax liability.

10. Prohibited states and jurisdictions

The Platform operates under applicable sweepstakes law. In jurisdictions including Washington State and Michigan where traditional gambling is restricted, the Platform is available solely as a promotional sweepstakes under the no-purchase-necessary model. Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is legal in your jurisdiction.

11. Intellectual property and user content

You represent that submissions are original or that you have rights to submit them. By submitting content, you grant Super Ultra Showdown a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use the submission to operate the Platform. We are not affiliated with fictional IP owners; content is transformative entertainment. We may remove any content at any time.

12. Account termination

We may terminate any account for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, multiple accounts, bot usage, or violation of these Terms. Terminated accounts may forfeit virtual currency and pending redemptions except where required by law.

13. Platform fee disclosure

Super Ultra Showdown retains fifteen percent (15%) of the total losing pot on every completed match as a platform fee. This fee is factored into the parimutuel payout calculation. By placing a bet, users acknowledge and agree to this fee.

14. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Gold Coin packages in the 30 days before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We are not responsible for technical errors, downtime, or delays in manual purchase or redemption processing.

15. Dispute resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except where prohibited. You waive the right to participate in class actions. Governing law: State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Responsible gaming
