1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Super Ultra Showdown (the "Platform") while For Fun mode is enabled, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. The Platform in this mode is a purely recreational entertainment product. It is not gambling, not a sweepstakes, and not a transactional prize contest.

2. Description of the platform

Super Ultra Showdown is a fictional entertainment platform. Battles, narratives, outcomes, and rankings are entirely fictional and for amusement only. The Platform is not affiliated with any intellectual property holder. Outcomes and coin balances exist solely for fun within the app.

3. Virtual currency (Gold Coins only)

• Gold Coins (GC) are fake in-app tokens used to place entertainment wagers on fictional matchups.
• Gold Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or prizes, and are not transferable outside the Platform.
• There is no Sweep Coin / redeemable currency while For Fun mode is on.
• Optional pack purchases unlock more Gold Coins for entertainment use only. A purchase does not create any right to cash, prizes, or real-money payouts.

4. Coin packs

While For Fun mode is active, packs award Gold Coins only (no Sweep Coin bonus). Current packages:

• Baby Pack — $4.99 — 500 GC
• Contender Pack — $9.99 — 1,000 GC
• Champion Pack — $24.99 — 2,500 GC
• Serious Pack — $49.99 — 5,000 GC

Purchases are final except where refunds are required by law. Buying coins does not increase any chance of receiving real-world prizes — there are none in this mode.

5. Betting and match participation

• All bets use Gold Coins only.
• Wagers are entertainment stakes. Winning returns more Gold Coins inside the app; losing deducts Gold Coins. Nothing converts to cash.
• The Platform retains a 15% fee from the losing pot for in-app economy balance only.
• Results are fictional, determined by administrators / AI narratives. Platform decisions are final for entertainment purposes.

6. No redemptions

Redemption / cash-out features are disabled in For Fun mode. You cannot exchange Gold Coins for money, gift cards, or other prizes.

7. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One account per person; duplicate accounts may be terminated.

8. Intellectual property

By submitting content, you grant Super Ultra Showdown a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it to operate the Platform. We may remove content at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Gold Coin packages in the 30 days before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Dispute resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except where prohibited. Governing law: State of California.

12. Modifications
